The development spans approximately 12,100 sqm BUA and includes 207 retail units, marking a key milestone in the project’s commercial journey.
This collaboration builds on a trusted partnership, with Incomercial serving as ADH’s official leasing agency at Park Mall since 2022.
تعلن شركة المطورون العرب القابضة عن توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مع إنكوميرشال لبدء أنشطة التأجير في نيووم أكتوبر – منطقة بوليفارد سترادا.
يمتد المشروع على مساحة بنائية تقارب 12,100 متر مربع ويضم 207 وحدة تجارية، في خطوة مهمة ضمن المسيرة التجارية للمشروع.
ويأتي هذا التعاون امتدادًا لشراكة ناجحة، حيث تُعد إنكوميرشال الوكيل الحصري للتأجير لدى المطورون العرب في بارك مول منذ عام 2022.
